Draft, finalize, void
Bills that can wait, numbers that can’t be lost
A bill starts as a draft: save it, serve another customer, come back. Drafts don’t take pieces out of stock or use up an invoice number.
Finalize assigns the next number in your series, marks the pieces sold and posts the charge and payments. A void keeps the invoice on record, returns the pieces to stock and reverses every entry it made, so the audit trail stays complete.
